Dr. Mily Pandey is a highly accomplished Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Reproductive Medicine Specialist with extensive clinical, surgical, and academic experience. She was previously serving as Assistant Professor in Reproductive Medicine at ESI Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad. With a strong foundation in infertility management and high-risk obstetrics, she is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centered reproductive care.
She completed her MBBS as a Gold Medalist and pursued MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi , followed by DNB certification. She further specialized with FNB in Reproductive Medicine from Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, and has also cleared MRCOG (UK) Part 1, reflecting her international academic standards.
Dr. Pandey specializes in comprehensive infertility management, including IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovarian stimulation, ovum pick-up, embryo transfer, and advanced regenerative procedures such as PRP, PRF, and stem cell instillation. She is proficient in 2D/3D ultrasonography, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
Her experience extends to independently managing high-risk obstetric cases, obstetric ICU/HDU, emergency cesarean sections, PPH, APH, uterine rupture, and complex gynecological surgeries. She also actively teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students, contributing significantly to academic development.
Dr. Pandey has received multiple academic honors including University Rank 2 in Postgraduate Examinations, North Zone PCOS Quiz Winner, and First Prize in Endo ART Conference paper presentation. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals and contributed chapters to reputed medical books including “Optimising IUI Results – 2nd Edition” by Jaypee Publications.
