Dr. Naresh predicted the rise in infertility cases due to societal changes such as increasing marriage age, rising stress levels, pollution, and lifestyle factors including smoking and alcohol consumption.

As forecasted, today nearly 10–15% of married couples experience some degree of infertility.

His vision laid the foundation for the establishment and growth of Kiran Infertility Center (KIC) – Hyderabad, which has helped thousands of couples from India and abroad.

He is responsible for major executive decisions at KIC Hyderabad and personally counsels gestational carriers and donors before recruitment.

His leadership continues to shape the strategic direction and ethical framework of fertility care at KIC.
